DEPOSIT POLICY

To be valid, your reservation should be approval of the transaction by credit card or bank transfer 35 % of the total value of your stay .

We only accept bank transfers


CANCELLATION POLICY

H deposit refunded minus any bank charges cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival .
For cancellation 29 to 15 days before your arrival you will be charged the amount of the advance.
For cancellation 14 or fewer days before your arrival you will be charged the total value of your stay
In case of no show or departure prior to the scheduled date you will be charged the total value of your stay .
