Country villa of 470 sq.m. Megara (Alepochori)

Distance from the sea is 3.5 kilometers of road which also ends at the local shops of beach, where someone can find several Greek restaurants, clubs and entertaining places. Near to these shops there is also Psatha beach (length of about 5km) which is one of the best seasideʼs (Blue Flagged beach for many years).
As you enter the house to its main entrance (1st floor) there is beautiful atrium above you so that the sunlight can enter and give light to the house. To the right hand as you enter there is a wooden dining table with 6 chairs and at the end there, is a kitchen that also has another small table with 4 available sits(kitchen has also a storage room and also a room style fridge like the one butchers but there is also a normal size one). On your left side you can find the main saloon with television (satellite) and a piano and at the end of the wall. At the deep end of the left side there is an office with plenty of space and also a bedroom. In this floor it is also available one bathroom but without shower.

The visitor then can either take the lift or by stairs to go to the lower level (Ground level) of this house where he can find the play room and a great French-type billiard pool to play. As he is in ground floor here are also available 2 bathrooms (1 close to the billiard without shower,WC as they called, and another one close to the double bedrooms with shower) and 3 double bedrooms(1 of them is has separated beds and not stuck together like the other two). Each bedroom is separated from the other by a wall and a door. In the middle there is also available a small kitchen where someone can make his coffee or drink.

At the second floor is where bedrooms are. As the visitor reached the second floor again by stairs or lift at the left side there are 2 single bedrooms with one bathroom that has a shower and at the right side there is one big double bedroom(master bedroom) with a big bathroom that also has available a big shower. The two bedrooms at this floor are characterized by the great view that offers to the sea and the third one has also great view to the mountains back of this house.

The exterior area has a road so that a car can easily access the house and also there is available a basketball ground, a garage for two cars and a barbeque near the swimming pool.
