- PERMITTED COVERATION PERMITTED BUILDING MAXIMUM PERMITTED BUILDING AREA MAXIMUM NUMBER OF BUILDINGS:

(A) For the construction of residential buildings, shops, leisure buildings and offices, the maximum permissible latitude is 150 m2. Since the constructions are constructed with an unimproved or corrugated stone masonry of at least 0.40 m., The surface occupied by them does not count towards the total allowable building of the plot. In any case, the total area may not exceed 180 m²
